Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Over 18 years old ; (2) Shoulder joint disease lasting for three months or more, including shoulder fracture and rotator cuff injury; (3) The DASH scale score is greater than 20.4 points. (2 MCIDs) ; (4) The active mobility of the shoulder joint is limited, and any two of the following need to be met at the same time: the shoulder joint is <= 121° in forward flexion, abduction <= 128°, and external rotation <= 59°.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) unhealed fracture; (2) combined with habitual dislocation of shoulder; (3) Complete rupture of tendons or ligaments around shoulder, Complete muscle tear; (4) multiple injuries to a single limb; (5) pathological fractures (except osteoporosis) ; (6) Rheumatism or rheumatoid arthritis; (7) with severe motor dysfunction (stroke, Parkinson's disease, axillary nerve, median nerve damage, etc.); (8) Pregnant women; (9) with upper extremity arteriovenous embolism; (10) with severe systemic disease Such as advanced cancer, myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc., can not complete the experiment; (11) Do not understand language or written expression.
