40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-80 years old, both men and women are available; 2. BMI between 18-30; 3. Have indications for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women during pregnancy or lactation; 2. Antibiotics or probiotics treatment within 1 month; 3. Other conditions that researchers consider not suitable for this study.
