Interventions

Intervention arm-3:A combination of IMB-based behavioral intervention and conditional economic incentives.
Control group :No intervention, treatment as usual
Intervention arm-1:IMB-based behavioral intervention: a) Health education brochures distribution
b) Topical lectures on influenza vaccination
c) Interactive quizzes on influenza knowledge with prizes
d) One-on-one consultations with doctors.
Intervention arm-2:Conditional economic incentives: based on the timing of vaccination and the number of people vaccinated simultaneously.

60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) age 60 years or older; b) residing in the stable community for at least 6 months with no plans to move out; c) voluntarily to participate in the study and able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) having a physical health condition deemed unsuitable for influenza vaccination as assessed by a physician; b) having cognitive impairment or other severe illness that may affect the informed consent process.
