Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) All cases had a gestational age greater than 37 weeks; (2) Epidural analgesia during labor resulted in fever (= 37.5 ?) (3). All cases in the CAM group were diagnosed with chorioamnionitis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Recently used antibiotics and/or glucocorticoids; (2) At admission, if the body temperature exceeds 37.5 ? or there are clinical symptoms of infection.
