Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) CRSwNP, inclusion criteria: 1) Eos CRSwNP, Non-Eos CRSwNP were diagnosed according to the EPOS2020 guidelines.2) All the patients did not receive antihistamine drugs and glucocorticoids within 1 month, and the patients had no other systemic inflammatory diseases.3) All specimens were obtained through ethical approval and informed consent from patients. Inclusion criteria for the control group: 1) voluntary participation in the study and signed informed consent; 2) no CRS and related diseases, and their age and gender composition were not significantly different from the Eos CRSwNP and Non-Eos CRSwNP groups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for CRSwNP group and control groups: 1) those who are unwilling to participate in the study or to sign the informed consent; 2) posterior nasal polyps, fungal sinusitis, cystic fibrosis, acute upper respiratory infection; 3) patients with infectious / infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, tumors, and severe systemic systemic diseases and mental diseases; 4) gestational age; 5) in or have received specific immunotherapy, have not used systemic hormones or immunomodulators in the last month, and have used local or systemic anti-allergic drugs in the last 2 weeks; 6) older than 60 years or less than 18 years.
