18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged =18 years old, patients with preoperative clinical diagnosis of gallbladder cancer, imaging evaluation of gallbladder cancer, and postoperative pathology confirmed gallbladder adenocarcinoma; or patients with unexpected gallbladder adenocarcinoma diagnosed during or after surgery. 2. There are no other serious accompanying diseases and the organ function is good, and the patient can tolerate surgical treatment. 3. The postoperative pathology is R0 resection. 4. No adjuvant radiotherapy, chemotherapy, chemoradiotherapy or other treatments for malignant tumors were used before surgery. 5. There is no active infection that has not been controlled. If chronic viral hepatitis is in the active stage, antiviral treatment is required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years old. 2. Patients with non-gallbladder adenocarcinoma. 3. There is distant metastasis (M1). 4.R1/2 resection (including intraoperative surgeon’s judgment and postoperative pathological diagnosis). 5. Other serious diseases or conditions, including: severe, uncontrolled medical disease, infection or digestive system disorder; severe electrolyte imbalance; active disseminated intravascular coagulation; major organ failure, such as decompensated heart, Lung, liver, and kidney failure; 6. Patients with missing main observation indicators, obviously incomplete research data or incomplete follow-up data.
