Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Possesses a nursing qualification certificate; 2. Has served in roles such as head nurse or nursing team leader within a department; 3. Has been engaged in the nursing care of patients with advanced-stage cancer for =5 years; 4. Has not participated in related training programs; 5. Has provided informed consent and volunteers to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Clinical nurses who do not have direct contact with patients (operating room, supply room, office, etc.); 2.Nurses who are interns or trainees; 3. Participants who are unable to attend the training due to external studies, further education, vacation, etc.; 4. Participants who withdraw from the study mid-way for foreseeable reasons: pregnancy, retirement, personnel transfer, etc.
