Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient was diagnosed with neurotrophic keratitis by the investigator. Obtain written informed consent. Confocal microscopy shows evidence of reduced or absent corneal nerves in at least one corneal quadrant with hypocornea (based on the Cochet-Bonnet esthesiometer =4cm).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)The affected eye has any active eye infection (bacterial, viral, fungal or protozoan) or active eye inflammation that is not related to NK 2) Evidence of corneal ulceration, corneal dissolution, or perforation involving the posterior one-third of the corneal stroma in the affected eye.
