Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing lower limb surgery under elective general anesthesia 2. ASA Grading I-II 3. 18-65 years old 4.15kg/m^2<BMI<30kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute deterioration of preoperative vital signs 2. Have a history of neck surgery or trauma 3. History of peripheral vascular disease or atherosclerosis 4. Non-sinus rhythm 5. Cardiomyopathy or heart valve disease 6. Left ventricular ejection fraction <50% 7. Patients with non-sinus rhythm 8. Patients with implanted pacemaker or cardioverter 7. Right ventricular dysfunction 8. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 9. Pulmonary hypertension 10. Chronic kidney disease 11. Secondary hypertension 12. Refusal of the patient to participate
