Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria of ARDS Berlin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age <18 years old; (2) Length of stay in ICU <24 h; (3) pregnancy or breastfeeding; (4) Large area atelectasis, diffuse alveolar hemorrhage; (5) Incomplete clinical data.
