Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age =18 years old; Bedside CRRT treatment time>4 hours; The core temperature before CRRT treatment was >36.0?. No contraindications for anal temperature measurement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: patients whose condition requires physical cooling; Patients were treated with ECMO
