18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed stage I-III esophageal cancer; 2. Age 18–80 years old; 3. No previous history of other tumors; 4. No serious cardiovascular and nervous system diseases; 5. Understanding, cognition, mental state is normal, can cooperate to complete the training program; 6. Willing to participate in this experiment and to cooperate with postoperative follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have participated in other research experiments that conflict with the project; 2. Poor compliance, unable to cooperate with preoperative and postoperative training and follow-up.
