18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy individuals aged 18 to 65 years. 2. BMI ranging from 18.5 to 28.0. 3. Willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent use of antibiotics, probiotics, or prebiotics within the last three months. 2. Clinical diagnosis of anemia, hypertension, diabetes, or other metabolic disorders. 3. Gastrointestinal dysfunction or prior intestinal surgery (excluding appendectomy). 4. Current infection. 5. Exclusion criteria for participants: ? Pregnancy, lactation, or elderly individuals. ? History of cancers within the last five years.
