Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Moderate to severe stenosis of the lumen at the beginning of the internal carotid artery with CEA or CAS. head and neck CTA and head dynamic CTA combined with CTP within the preoperative period, and head dynamic CTA combined with CTP within the postoperative period within the postoperative period. age older than 18 years old, full civil capacity, and signing of the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe stenosis of the common carotid artery. Suffering from cardiogenic cerebral infarction, autoimmune diseases, brain tumors, and other major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases not caused by carotid artery stenosis. Incomplete collection of pre- and post-surgical imaging and clinical data, or poor image quality. Inability to tolerate CEA and CAS surgery. Those who cannot be followed up.
