Kidney Stone

Interventions

1:Intravenous antibiotics at therapeutic doses for 3 days after percutaneous nephrolithotripsy, followed by oral antibiotics at therapeutic doses for 11 days
2:After percutaneous nephrolithotripsy, in addition to two weeks of antibiotic therapy, dilute iodophor water is used to flush through the fistula for three days.
3:2 weeks of therapeutic dose + 10 weeks of low-dose treatment with urine culture-sensitive antibiotics after percutaneous nephrolithotripsy for stone extraction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study participants whose analysis of stone composition after percutaneous nephrolithotripsy for urologic stones (including renal and ureteral stones) suggested that magnesium ammonium phosphate + apatite carbonate + ammonium urate stones comprised no less than 50% of the stone composition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2.1 With severe cardiovascular, hepatobiliary (gallstones), renal or other organs with severe organic diseases; 2.2 Obstructive anuria, renal failure, chronic uremia, medullary sponge kidney; 2.3 Women who are pregnant or preparing for pregnancy or breastfeeding; 2.4 Patients who refuse to be enrolled in the study
