Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) PHQ-9 scores of 5 to 19; (2) the presence of real interpersonal difficulties; (3)voluntary participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: exclusion of individuals with a history of any neurological or psychiatric illness; acute suicidal ideation or a suicide attempt within the past two months; cognitive impairment; or those who had received any form of psychological or medical treatment within the last three months
