Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Tonsil adenoidectomy was performed at selected time; 2.Aged 3 to 7 years old; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other operations; 2.Emergency surgery; 3.Sedative and analgesic drugs were used before anesthesia induction; 4.Transferred directly to the ward after surgery
