Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria Patients who meet the following inclusion criteria will be included in this study: 1) Patients aged = 18 years at baseline; 2) Primary hypertension patients registered in the database of the Hypertension Standards Center between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2022; 3) Patients who use amlodipine based antihypertensive regimen at baseline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria Patients who meet any of the following criteria are not eligible for inclusion in this study: 1) Patients who have not been regularly followed up after baseline enrollment (regular follow-up is defined as = 3 follow-up visits per complete follow-up year from the first year onwards); 2) Patients without subsequent systolic blood pressure measurement information after baseline enrollment; 3) Patients who were followed up for less than 12 months after baseline enrollment; 4) Researchers believe that it is not appropriate to join the population.
