18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age= 18 years old; 2) Invasive mechanical ventilation without spontaneous breathing is required due to the condition; 3) Accept non-invasive, wearable carotid Doppler ultrasound (CAD) examination; 4) Accept bedside ultrasound; 5) All patients' family members have informed consent and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) severe carotid artery stenosis; 2) Unable to lie flat; 3) internal jugular vein thrombosis; 4) Broken neck skin; 5) After tracheostomy; 6) Receiving extracorporeal membrane oxygenation therapy; 7) Acute active hemorrhage; 8) Pregnant women; 9) cirrhosis with portal hypertension; 10) inferior vena cava or portal vein thrombosis; 11) uremia; 12) Those who refuse to participate in this study.
