Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years old 2.Myocardial infarction was diagnosed at admission with ICD code I2X.X 3. Complete neutrophil, lymphocyte, and platelet count data at admission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with missing key variables 2. Changes in inflammatory or immune markers other than AMI (autoimmune diseases), trauma, recent major surgery 3. Only the first admission was included in the records of multiple admissions for the same patient during the study period
