Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 18-65 years; 2) healthy people and people with type 2 diabetes mellitus (people with diabetes mellitus who control their blood glucose only through lifestyle interventions or only with a single medication); 3) the ability to operate a smartphone; and 4) an understanding of the purpose of the study and the ability to provide written informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) those who are pregnant, lactating mothers, or preparing for pregnancy; 2) those with severe metabolic, digestive, and/or psychiatric disorders; 3) those who have taken antibiotics in the last month; 4) those who maintain a special dietary structure (e.g., ketogenic diets, low-carbohydrate diets, etc.); 5) those who have difficulty chewing; 6) those who are allergic to, or intolerant of, the test food; and 7) those who frequently travel
