Interventions

Intervention group:Patients with CKD were included in our hospital for regular follow-up and review.
Control group:Patients who did not join the CKD follow-up center of our hospital were followed up and reviewed according to their own conditions and needs.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic kidney disease in the Kidney Disease Improvement Global Prognosis Organisation (KDIGO) guidelines; ? Age = 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? time of follow-up information in the hospital health electronic information system (HIS) 1 year.
