Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) single pregnancy; (2) at least 18 years of age; (3) Willing to cooperate in completing questionnaire survey and sample collection;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) serious neurological and mental diseases; (2) the occurrence of stillbirth, stillbirth, neonatal birth defects, etc.; (3) no qualified urine sample; (4) Incomplete questionnaire information;
