Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =18 years old, =50 years old, gender is not limited; 2) Patients with positive drawer test after MRI imaging and clinical examination or isolated PCL tear confirmed by arthroscopy, Hughston Grade III (tibial regression greater than 10mm) [2,4]; 3) The history of trauma is clear and the injury time is less than 4 weeks; 3) Basic reading and writing skills, communication barrier-free; 4) Have smart phones, can use wechat or can learn smart phones; 5) The patient gives informed consent and signs to obtain the informed consent, which must comply with the requirements of GCP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. More than four weeks after the injury; 2. Combined with other knee injuries (anterior cruciate ligament injury, medial and lateral collateral ligament injury, patellar dislocation, osteoarthritis, etc.); 3. Suffering from systemic immune diseases, diabetes, tumors and other diseases; 4. Other knee diseases or inflammatory diseases, including osteoarthritis, cervical spondylosis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, polymyalgia rheumatica, etc.; 5. Patients with severe neurological and mental injury; 6. Critically ill patients, pregnant women, illiterates, minors, people with cognitive impairment and other vulnerable groups.
