Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18-60 years, regardless of gender; 2.Patients requiring debridement surgery, post-burn amputation, or scar excision surgery; 3.Collection of discarded scar and normal skin samples during surgery from burn patients, bone marrow samples from the interosseous space of amputated limbs in burn patients, and peripheral blood samples for research purposes from burn patients; 4.The collected samples must be surgical waste and will not cause any additional harm to the patients; 5.The patient or their designated proxy and guardian must consent to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe comorbidities such as organ failure or organ dysfunction; 2.Patients with skin diseases or systemic immune-related diseases; 3.Patients deemed unsuitable for participation in the clinical trial by the investigator.
