Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Plan with surgery treatment, voluntary and can provide informed consent; 2. Male or female >=18 years old; 3. According to the patient's symptoms, physical examination and X-ray diagnosis of unstable extra-articular phalangeal fractures (thumb proximal phalanx, 2-5 proximal and middle phalanx) and plans to accept surgical treatment. 4. Injury time < 3 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Open fractures; 2. Multiple fractures or combined with other injuries, such as metacarpal fracture, carpal fracture or other upper limb fracture 3. Neuromuscular disorders 4. Unable to understand the contents of the study and surgery due to mental reasons 5. Previous history of hand surgery
