Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)age > 65; (2) pathology confirmed primary tumors in colorectal adenocarcinoma; (3) CRLM confirmed by pathology; (4) the MDT for determining primary tumors resected or to be removed; (5) the MDT for determining liver metastases can be removed; (6) spread to the liver before treatment no local treatment, including intervention and radiofrequency ablation therapy, etc.; (7) function of important organs intact.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)receiving palliative surgery; (2) a history of CRC outside of the malignant tumor; (3) the experimental drug use any interference, including hormone, etc.; (4) in addition to the lier, there are other parts of the transfer; (5) data is missing, including lost to follow-up; (6) vital organ dysfunction and diseases that may affect the study.
