Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 10 patients with obesity and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, regardless of gender, aged 18-60 years, ASA grade I or II, BMI = 28, and a total score of = 3 on the complete Stop Bang questionnaire. 2.10 patients with normal weight and no obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, regardless of gender, aged 18-60 years, ASA grade I or II, BMI: 18.5-23.9, complete Stop Bang questionnaire total score<3 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude patients who do not meet the BMI and complete Stop Bang criteria for inclusion, are unable to cooperate with hearing and speech impairments, or refuse to be enrolled.
