Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The clinical diagnosis is independently conducted by two neurologists with the professional title of attending physician or above. According to the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease in China in 2016, Patients with primary PD ("confirmed PD" or "highly likely PD"); MSA diagnosed as a highly probable case based on the 2008 revised Gilman diagnostic criteria (most likely MSA is Parkinson's syndrome with autonomic dysfunction accompanied by poor levodopa response and cerebellar dysfunction); PSP according to the "Clinical Diagnosis Standards for Progressive Supranuclear Paralysis in China" published by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2016 Clinically confirmed PSP-RS patients diagnosed. (2) Age = 80 years old; (3) Improved Hoehn&Yahr grading to levels I-III; (4) No history of falls in the past year; (5) Able to cooperate and independently complete step tests; (6) Able to cooperate in completing nuclear magnetic resonance examination (7) Have an informed understanding of the content of this study, voluntarily participate in this study, and sign relevant informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with Parkinson's syndrome or Parkinson's superposition syndrome caused by drugs such as metoclopramide, flunarizine, and neuroleptics, metabolic disorders such as Wilson's disease, encephalitis, or degenerative diseases such as progressive supranuclear palsy; (2) Patients with coexisting symptoms of certain diseases that can significantly affect cognitive function test results, such as severe mental disorders, anxiety, depression, obvious apathy, and impulse control disorders (observed and diagnosed by clinical doctors); (3) Have a history of severe traumatic brain injury; Patients with a history of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia area, frontal lobe, and anterior cingulate gyrus; (4) Patients with obvious intracranial organic lesions; (5) Patients who cannot cooperate to complete the MRI examination or have contraindications to the MRI examination.
