Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-75; (2) Symptoms include acute onset of abdominal pain; (3) serum amylase is more than 3 times the upper limit of normal; (4) CT diagnosis of acute pancreatitis with multiple peripancreatic effusion areas with or without pancreatic necrosis, and Balthazar CT score greater than 3 points;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Chronic inflammation: history of chronic pancreatitis or acute pancreatitis turning into chronic pancreatitis; (2) combined with other serious underlying diseases; (3) pregnant women and lactating women;
