18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Age = 75 years old, with no gender restriction; b) Patients who are expected to undergo general anesthesia surgery at a selected time and need to place a central venous catheter, with an estimated operative time of more than 1 hour; c) ASA score of I to II; d) BMI ranging from 18 kg/m^2 to 30 kg/m^2; e) Patients who clearly understand, voluntarily participate in the study, and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Local infection: patients with infection at the puncture site or incision site b) Patients with hypovolemia or shock c) Patients with superior cava vena or inferior vena cava obstruction d) Patients with vegetations, tumors, or thrombi in the heart e) External jugular vein thrombosis f) Patients with allergies to medical adhesive tapes
