25 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Fitzpatrick skin types II - IV; (2) Presence of mandibular fat accumulation and mild-to-moderate skin laxity with active request for improvement; (3) Age 25-60 years old; (4) Voluntarily undergo intense pulsed light treatment and cooperate with follow-up visits; (5) No other treatment programs will be carried out during the course of treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have a recent history of sun exposure; (2) Those who are sensitive to light or suffer from porphyria, lupus erythematosus, etc. who should not undergo light therapy; (3) Significant change in body weight during the follow-up time, with a change of >5%; (4) Those with broken or infected skin at the treatment site; (5) Those who have taken photosensitizing drugs and topical retinoids in the last 1 month; (6) Those who are using other methods of treatment; (7) Those who stop the treatment on their own or miss the visit.
