Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants will be aged 18 to 60 years, in good health, and with a gender ratio of 1:1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers (including electronic cigarettes) or those who have quit smoking for less than 3 years; individuals medically diagnosed with chronic cardiovascular diseases (such as ischemic heart disease), respiratory diseases (such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), diabetes, or other organ or system dysfunctions; those with active psychiatric disorders that interfere with their ability to understand and participate in the study, immune system diseases (such as HIV, lymphoma, leukemia), or a history of drug or alcohol abuse; individuals with a BMI >35 or <18; those who are planning to conceive, currently pregnant, or breastfeeding; individuals who have undergone major surgery in the past 5 years; those unable to provide blood samples; and individuals unable to sign the informed consent form.
