Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) It met the diagnostic criteria of non-small cell lung cancer and was diagnosed by pathology, cytology and other related examinations. (2) Preoperative thin slice CT showed pure ground glass pulmonary nodules, the size of 10mm-30mm, intraoperative and postoperative pathology revealed adenocarcinoma, and the tumor stage (TNM) was Ia stage. (3) Aged 18 to 75 years old. (4) The estimated survival time is greater than 5 years. (5) Informed consent and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have undergone surgery. (2) Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organs. (3) Mental illness and other patients who can not complete this study.
