Group A:The "Healthy Lifestyle" intervention combined with the "TRE with Optional Eating Window" intervention: (1) Each subject's family was given a TRE intervention booklet for children and parents i
(2) Promote eating at home and reduce eating out
create a good atmosphere for eating at home, and try to ensure that no video screens are watched during meals.
Group B:The "Healthy Living Model" combined with the "TRE with a fixed last meal time" intervention: controlled meal times of <12 hours at least 5 days per week. For this intervention group, children

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? blood pressure levels met the diagnostic criteria for hypertension/pre-hypertension in children and adolescents (Chinese Journal of Hypertension.2017.25:428-435) with SBP < 150 mmHg and DBP < 100 mmHg; ? age 7-15 years; ? both the subject children and parents signed the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? taking antihypertensive drugs; ? children with obvious clinical symptoms of hypertension; ? suffering from secondary hypertension; ? suffering from diseases related to the absorption of nutrients (such as gastrointestinal diseases, respiratory diseases, abnormal liver and kidney functions, etc.), suffering from other serious diseases or endocrine diseases; ? taking nutritional supplements within the last six months
