Clinical Trial Control Group:Standardized vascular puncture surgery teaching provided by senior physicians with qualifications in vascular puncture training and teaching. The training content includes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Doctor: with a clinical degree certificate; Possess a medical practitioner's qualification certificate; Possess a certificate of standardized training for resident doctors. Patient: internal jugular vein and radial artery were normal on ultrasonography; Age 18 years old or above, gender is not limited, basic information is complete; Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Doctors: do not cooperate with clinical training; The basic information is incomplete. Patients: incomplete basic data, poor image quality; Those who are unable to communicate normally due to dementia, cognitive impairment or coma.
