Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children in the family who agreed and signed the Informed Consent for Clinical Research, including those newly admitted to hospital, diagnosed with aortic arch dysplasia by color Doppler ultrasound or imaging. Specific criteria: 1. Signs: Systolic blood pressure of the right upper limb is less than 20mmHg of systolic blood pressure of the right lower limb for two consecutive periods. 2. Color Doppler ultrasound: Z value of aorta is less than-2; The pressure difference between the two ends of stenosis or dysplasia is greater than 40mmHg;; The narrowest diameter (mm) of aorta is less than body weight (kg)+1 mm; The diameter of transverse arch is less than 50% of descending aorta. 3. CTA/MRA: the maximum internal AOA of ascending aorta, the maximum internal diameter D1 in front of transverse arch, the maximum internal diameter D2 in back of transverse arch, the maximum internal diameter D3 in isthmus and the maximum internal diameter DA of descending aorta passing through diaphragm at the main level of pulmonary artery. D1/AOA=0.6D2/AOA=0.5D3/AOA=0.4.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The abnormal development of aortic arch was excluded during treatment.
