Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed pathologically as NSCLC; (2) Stage was defined as IV according to UICC lung cancer 8th edition TNM staging; (3) Expected survival time>3 months; (4) The duration time between enrollment and first diagnosed pathologically as NSCLC is less than 3 months; (5) Age = 18 years old; (6) Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndromes are: lung spleen qi deficiency, yin deficiency with internal heat, qi yin deficiency, and spleen kidney deficiency; (7) The patinets eligible for the study who can understand the this study, accept long-term follow-up, and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with small cell lung cancers; (2) Stage was defined as I-III according to TNM staging; (3) Dual cancer and multiple cancer patients; (4) Expected survival time < 3 months; (5) It is longer than 3 months from the time of enrollment to the time of initial confirmed pathological diagnosis; (6) Age < 18 years old; (7) Merge acute and chronic diseases that may seriously affect treatment and prognosis, such as myocardial infarction, stroke, severe renal insufficiency, mental illness, pregnant or lactating patients, etc.
