55 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Level I-III 2. Coronary CTA or coronary angiography examination has been performed before surgery, 3. Perform non cardiac surgeries such as chest and abdomen, with a surgery time greater than 1 hour. 4. Age>55 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative decompensated heart failure, severe angina, acute myocardial infarction, and unstable coronary syndrome are present. 2. Incomplete clinical data 3. Patients with communication barriers and mental illnesses 4. Patients who have difficulty or are unable to follow up or are lost in telephone follow-up
