18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with histologically and/or cytologically confirmed recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma 2.Primary tumor sites include the oral cavity, oropharynx, larynx, hypopharynx, nasal cavity, nasal sinuses, and unknown primary sites 3.Age =18 years 4.No prior immunotherapy 5.Selected treatment options include pembrolizumab monotherapy, or pembrolizumab in combination with chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or other treatments 6.The hospital has complete follow-up data for patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Vaccinated with a live vaccine within 30 days prior to enrollment 2.Diagnosed with immunodeficiency or received systemic steroid treatment or any other form of immunosuppressive therapy within 7 days prior to enrollment 3.Also participated in other clinical studies during this period
