Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The primary subjects of this study are vulnerable elderly individuals from Nan'ao Island, Shantou City, who voluntarily participated and signed informed consent forms. These elderly individuals must meet at least one of the following criteria: -Elderly individuals aged 60 and above who are recipients of minimum subsistence allowances; -Elderly individuals aged 60 and above in special categories: including those in extreme poverty, living alone, or with mental disabilities; -Advanced elderly: individuals aged 78 and above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Individuals under the age of 60; -Individuals who suffer from severe chronic diseases with a life expectancy of less than three years.
