Interventions

Test group:1.modulate the reponse of ipRGCs of human eyes by modifying the light spectrum of screen
2.modulate the reponse of the other photoreceptors of human eyes by modifying the light spectrum of screen
3.modulate the reponse of all photoreceptors of human eyes by modifying the luminance of screen. The test sequence is randomized for each subject.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy controls: 1) aged 18-90 years; 2) normal visual acuity or corrected visual acuity;3) normal color vision macular degeneration patients:1) aged 40-90 years; 2) diagnosed as dry macular degeneration, at least one eye has center visual acuity above 0.1 logMAR glaucoma patients:1) aged 40-75 years;2) diagnosed asglaucoma, at least one eye has center visual acuity above 0.5 logMAR

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) eye diseases other than refractive error or the one for the targeting population (i.e., macular degeneration or glaucoma), and other diseases which can impair vision and visual perfomance significantly such as cognitive disorders; 2) intraocular surgery history within half year
