Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Rotator cuff injury group: To be eligible for this study, participants with rotator cuff injury must meet the following inclusion criteria: 1. X-ray and MRI showed rotator cuff injury; 2. Follow-up was completed with complete data. Anterior cruciate ligament injury group: 1. X-ray and MRI examination showed anterior cruciate ligament injury; 2. Physical examination: ADT test (+) or Lachman test (+); 3. Follow-up was completed with complete data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Rotator cuff injury group: 1. Those who have metal grafts or are claustrophobic and cannot do nuclear magnetism; 2. Patients with cerebrovascular disease, central nervous system disease and psychiatric disease; 3. A prior history of shoulder surgery, including any degree of rotator cuff tear repair, any rotator cuff repair and revision, any proximal humeral fracture with rotator cuff tear; 4. Previous osteoarthritis; Metabolic diseases (diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, dyslipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, etc.); Autoimmune diseases (multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, arthritis, lupus, etc.); Cancer; Connective tissue genetic disorders; Any illness resulting in impaired mobility or prolonged bedridden condition; 5. Long-term use of sedative hypnotic drugs. Anterior cruciate ligament injury group: 1. Those who have metal grafts or are claustrophobic and cannot do nuclear magnetism; 2. Patients with cerebrovascular disease, central nervous system disease and psychiatric disease; 3. Previous knee surgery history, including any ligament and tendon repair surgery; 4. Previous knee osteoarthritis; Metabolic diseases (diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, dyslipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, etc.); Autoimmune diseases (multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, arthritis, lupus, etc.); Cancer; Connective tissue genetic disorders; Any medical condition that results in impaired mobility or prolonged bed rest; 5. Long-term use of sedative hypnotic drugs.
