Patients are divided into three groups based on their lymph node status: "natural" N0 (cN0/ypN0), "descending" N0 (cN+/ypN0), and persistent N+(cN+/ypN+):NA

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by biopsy pathology; 2. The tumor invaded the opening of the single lobe bronchus; 3. Clinical stages I-III; 4. Negative driving mutation; 5. Receive 2-4 cycles of neoadjuvant immune combined chemotherapy before operation; 6. Ro resection was achieved by naked eyes and pathology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgical history of lung tumor; 2. Complicated with other malignant tumors; 3. Active or untreated distant metastasis; 4. The bronchial margin is positive.
