Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Post-hospitalization discharged patients with a hospitalized diagnosis of bipolar disorder, depressive episodes, and manic episodes according to ICD-10 diagnostic criteria. (2) Age 18-60 years old, gender is not limited; (3) Have a certain level of education, able to cooperate with the completion of the assessment and follow-up; (4) The patients themselves signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) hospitalized with a diagnosis of a comorbid serious physical illness (e.g., stroke, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease/vascular dementia, etc.); (2) subject is pregnant or breastfeeding; and (3) is participating in another research project.
