Interventions

Gold Standard:Histopathological diagnosis results
Index test:Physician A will use EUS alone to diagnose the remaining patients and record the diagnostic results of EUS
Physician B performed EUS examination on the patients submucosal injection of physiological saline and adrenaline without knowledge of Physician A's diagnosis, and recorded the diagnosis results.

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) age between 18 and 85 years; (ii) early stage CRC with endoscopic JNET staging of Type2B; (iii) no severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; (iv) normal coagulation function; (v) ability to afford the associated surgical costs (anesthesia and surgery); and (vi) good organ function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) T2-T4 disease; (ii) exclusion of patients with severe intestinal disease; (iii) exclusion of patients diagnosed with advanced or metastatic CRC; (iv) patients with 75%-100% circumferential lesions of the intestine. ; (v) prior EUS, CT, or MRI suggestive of lymph node involvement or distant metastases; (vi) prior radiotherapy or chemotherapy; (vii) prior resection of colorectal lesions; (viii) severe chronic cardiac disease; (ix) pregnancy, breastfeeding, or planned pregnancy; and (x) other uncontrolled diseases.
