18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with unilateral gluteal tendinopathy; if bilateral, the side with more severe symptoms is selected. (2) Age between 18 and 70 years. (3) Persistent pain for more than one month. (4) No corticosteroid injections, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections, or total hip arthroplasty conducted within the past year. (5) Patients must agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cardiac diseases, malignancies, or other serious health conditions. (2) Patients who are intolerant or non-receptive to the treatment regimen. (3) Patients with pelvic or hip fractures;. (4) Patients with pain caused by conditions other than muscular issues, such as rheumatism or arthritis. (5) Pain exclusively caused by conditions like isolated trochanteric bursitis or iliotibial band syndrome. (6) Patients with complete gluteal tendon tears requiring surgery or those with a history of tendon surgery.
