Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists ?-?, aged 3-9 years, with no history of systemic diseases, scheduled for circumcision under intravenous general anesthesia with esketamine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The children and their families refused to participate in the study; (2)ASA greater than grade ?; (3) allergy to esketamine or propofol; (3) patients with serious risk of hypertension, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, elevated intraocular pressure or intracranial pressure; (4) abnormal liver and kidney function; (5) current use of sedatives (propofol, morphine, fentanyl, sufentanil, midazolam, dexmedetomidine, ketamine) or recent use of sedatives (withdrawal time less than 24 hours).
