Basic treatment group:Apply physiological saline to the skin lesion area and apply moisturizer externally
Test group:On the basis of basic treatment, apply a 4 ? cold compress bag to the drainage lymph node area adjacent to the skin lesion, twice a day for 10 minutes

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range from 6 to 75 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with eczema or dermatitis by dermatologists were enrolled in the acute phase of the disease; 3. The patient or guardian has signed an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases require systematic treatment with biological agents, small molecule drugs, immunosuppressants, and glucocorticoids; 2. Individuals with a history of immune deficiency, severe systemic diseases (such as heart, liver, kidney), or malignant tumors; 3. Individuals with active chronic or acute infections who require systematic treatment with antibiotics, antiviral drugs, antiparasitic or antifungal drugs; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. According to the researcher's judgment, there are other circumstances that are not suitable for participation in this experiment
