Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age = 18 years old; 2. within 14 days after the onset of ischemic stroke; 3. be able to cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cognitive impairment or persistent sleep dysfunction existed before onset, or hypnotic drugs were being used; 2. the survival time of patients is less than 1 year due to various reasons; 3. patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Other clinical researchers within 3 months; 5. HIV positive in serum; 6. patients with severe mental disorders.
